Frequently Asked Questions
Do QR codes expire?
No! Static QR codes (like ours) never expire. They work as long as the destination (URL, UPI ID) is valid. Dynamic QR codes (from paid services) can expire if subscription ends.
Can I customize colors of the QR code?
Our basic generator uses standard black/white for maximum scanning compatibility. Custom colors require careful testing - poor contrast can make QR codes unscannable.
Will my UPI QR work with PhonePe/Google Pay/Paytm?
Yes! Our UPI QR codes follow the standard UPI specification, so they work with all UPI-enabled apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, WhatsApp Pay).
Can people scan my QR code if printed small?
Minimum recommended print size is 2×2 cm (200×200 px at 100 DPI). For business cards, 2×2 cm works. For posters viewed from 1+ meter, use 5×5 cm or larger.
How many scans can my QR code handle?
Unlimited! Static QR codes can be scanned by any number of people, any number of times. The QR code itself doesn't limit usage.
Can I add a logo to my QR code?
Our generator creates standard QR codes without logos. To add a logo, save the QR, open in Photoshop/Canva, and place your logo in the center (cover max 25% of the QR area to maintain scannability).
How do I generate a WiFi QR code?
For WiFi sharing, use the Plain Text type and enter: WIFI:T:WPA;S:NetworkName;P:Password;; (replace NetworkName and Password with yours). This works with most modern phones.
