By accessing or using ToolKit India (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

ToolKit India provides free online tools for image compression, PDF utilities, financial calculations, text manipulation, and utility functions. You may use these tools for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use our Service:

  • To violate any applicable national or international law
  • To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors
  • To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ToolKit India or another user
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
  • To use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our Service without permission

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ToolKit India and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Files you process using our tools remain your property. We claim no ownership over content you create or process using our Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ToolKit India does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any products, services, or information will meet your expectations

Important: Our calculators (EMI, GST, etc.) provide estimates based on standard formulas. Always verify critical financial calculations with a qualified professional. We are not financial advisors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ToolKit India, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to process any files you use with our tools
  • Verifying the accuracy of all calculations for important decisions
  • Keeping backups of important files
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
